Stage Manager

COURTNEY IS A STAGE MANAGER. She worked as a technical assistant at the 2016  Expat Expo | Immigrant Invasion Festival at English Theatre Berlin and stage managed BERT's inaugural production of "A Christmas Carol".

After managing this spring's productions of "Two for a Girl" and "Our Hands," Courtney will be returning as stage manager for the 2018 production of "A Christmas Carol".

BERT is pleased to announce the return of Bruce Woolley as Ebenezer Scrooge in our second production of A Christmas Carol. Bruce is a graduate of John Bolton Theatre School in Melbourne and a longtime student of Dr Graham Clarke (DMus).

Bruce recently returned to Berlin from Melbourne where he performed a season of Work Show; a new piece about the world of a sewing factory, the women who work in it and the incessant commercial radio that keeps them company, a challenging performance that juggles the characters of the radio DJ and Michelle, a middle-aged Italian woman who listens to him.
